Welcome to The Fourth Estate
First of all, thank you for taking interest in The Fourth Estate. As a brief description, we are a non-profit organization
dedicated to providing an alternate media outlet for the various opinions that have yet to be heard. We focus on providing
diverse views on political socio-economic issues. However, we also accept articles on developments in other fields such as the scientific
community. Additionally, we have an entertainment division designed not solely to focus on the entertainment industry rather to additionally produce
it's own forms of entertainment. A general breakdown of the main page links are listed in the following. The following details are also designed to assist any interested party in discovering where their areas of interest might be found.
Divisions of The Fourth Estate Main Page
- Home: This link will take you to the key page of The Fourth Estate where the prime articles of each division will be selected and posted. The posted articles are chosen to be published in print.
- Editorial: The decisions by political and corporate leaders across the world affect everyone's lives in one way or another; yet, it is equally important that the people's voices and views be heard.
- Blogosphere: For us to only publish and write is insufficient, we would like the readers and viewrs of the site to also comment on the articles and add to the articles so the world can hear a united voice.
- Productions: Members and non-members of The Fourth Estate are invited to help make life a little more fun, and everyone is invited to submit their works of entertainment such as films, music, etc.
- Store: Please support the functions of The Fourth Estate by purchasing some products or donating. We'll try not to have useless things for you to buy.
Note: A Playground for The Fourth Estate is being designed to house random thoughts, ideas, projects and fun stuff. Additionally, we hope it will serve to be a place for discussion in various fields like philosophy and theory even though most people won't be talking about such stuff in a playground.
Mission Statement
We are to be a private, unincorporated, and non-profit organization
established to disseminate commentaries on various aspects of life.
Our commentaries are based on facts, experience, and educated
assumptions. In an era, where the free flow of information is imperative
to establish an intellectual and orderly society, we aspire to
contribute to this free flow of information by providing knowledge and
views that might not be necessarily expressed in already established
medias. The opinions of writers do not completely reflect the opinions
of members in the organization.
Please do not mistaken The Fourth Estate to be a newspaper, which
delivers daily updated news, but simply stated we are an editorial paper
and site that strives to bring out the opinions of people through
comments our writers make. The most ideal thing is to achieve universal
coverage, but that's impossible unless we have contacts living
throughout the world and of all ages contributing, thus we are willing
to accept articles and comments from high school students to the
elderly, and no discrimination will be made towards any submissions.
Our commentaries are not infallible or all encompassing, please consult
with the respective writers if certain information seems lacking, or to
find out which sources were utilized by the respective writer.
